Husky greets his owner after a long trip, proves dogs are still the best

This husky perfectly encapsulates the most lovable dog quality ever: the pure and utter excitement they feel when you come home. Especially if it’s been awhile.

This loyal pup hadn’t seen his beloved human in more than a month. Upon his owner’s valiant return, the husky totally flips out, whimpering in sheer excitement and generally jumping for joy. It’s pretty much the most heartwarming sight ever, and even though the owner isn’t speaking English, it’s pretty obvious how he feels about his pup.

Good thing this was a dog instead of a cat — after a month, a cat would have taken over the lease and locked the dude out of his own apartment.
