Lorde seeks firey revenge in 'Magnets' video with Disclosure

Revenge is a dish best served while you’re wearing head to toe latex.

Disclosure and Lorde have released the video for their collaboration “Magnets,” which appears at first blush to the New Zealand singer’s declaration that she’s all grown up. If being grown up just means engaging in fatal affairs, which it definitely does. (Can’t spell “adultery” without “adult!”)

But of course, this is Lorde we’re talking about so things are not what they initially seem and the video also features fascinating, reptilian dance moves and women ultimately teaming up for a fiery finale.

Lorde explained the premise of the video on Tumblr, and it turns out the women were co-conspirators all along.

one of my life goals has always been “to one day play a hitgirl who pretends to seduce then burns alive douchey boyfriends”
