Seth Meyers won't let Rep. Steve King get away with his 'Babies' tweet

Representative Steve King’s recently tweeted, “We can’t restore our civilization with somebody else’s babies.”

Per usual, Seth Meyers wasn’t letting this comment slide. In his segment “Couple Things,” he breaks down the tweet and takes jabs at King stating,

“In case you’re still wondering if your tweet was racist, you got a shout-out from David Duke. As a general rule of thumb, when the former grand wizard of the KKK chimes in to say he agrees with you, it’s time to re-examine your stance.

In the end, Meyers begrudgingly gives King the benefit of the doubt, citing the comment as a “typo.”

As always, Meyer’s brings the heat.
