Getting your significant other, or the person you share a bed with, to stop snoring is kind of one of those priceless things. Meaning, if there was a way to get it to stop, you’d probably take it. That is, until the price of that secret thing was $20,000. You could pay that amount for the mattress that promises to stop snoring in its tracks, and go into debt.
The Magni Smartech bed from Italian mattress manufacturer, Magniflex, is the latest in mattress innovation and promises to stop snoring all together. The breakdown of how this mattress stops snoring, is pretty wild. There is a miniature microphone in the middle of the bed, between the two people sleeping. Before you go to sleep, you turn on the “monitoring” function via the app, and the bed takes care of the rest.
Once the microphone in the bed detects snoring, it will adjust itself to change the sleeper’s posture until the person stops snoring. The bed will also track your sleep by tracking your heart rate and quality of sleep. Pretty high-tech, huh? And all for only $20k! Super affordable!
