Thor Is Going To Be Returning To Marvel Movies
Marvel is showing no signs of slowing down, and despite some of the shocking reveals in “Avengers: Endgame,” fans will b able to see the return of one of the main Avenger members.
Playing the iconic role of the Marvel Universe God of Thunder, Thor, Chris Hemsworth is an important member of the “Avengers” cast. However, his fate was left up in the air and fans were wondering what would become of their favorite God of Thunder.
Marvel’s Phase 4 just committed to bringing back for an upcoming project in the near future.
The Hollywood Reporter revealed the stipulations in the renegotiation deal for Chris Hemsworth’s contract in 2017 for “Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame,” Hemsworth also committed to additional Marvel movies. The additional movies are set for Marvel’s Phase 4 slate.
How Thor will return to the MCU in Phase 4 is not yet known as Disney and Marvel have not officially released the film schedule for the next phase, but reports say fans can expect to see some sort of reveal sometime this summer.
And for those who might have forgotten, “Spider-Man: Far from Home” comes out this summer and will be kick-starting the new phase of the MCU, so it is expected that the major reveal could come around then either in the movie itself or in Marvel’s famous post-credit scene.
