Ten Kohl’s stores in the LA and Chicago area will now be accepting Amazon returns. Employees will be packing and shipping the returns out for customers, for free. If you plan on bringing your unwanted Amazon products for return, you will even get your own parking spot!
70 other stores in other cities will be following suit in the next month. But, it doesn’t stop there. The Amazon smart-home experience will show customers all the capabilities of Alexa.
This Amazon and Kohl’s partnership sounds awesome for the consumer, but what if customers just use the experience to return products but not actually buy anything? It’s a risk that Kohl’s wants to take.
