New Avengers Trailer Drops
The end of “Avengers: Infinity War” did not leave earth’s mightiest heroes in the best of places, and from the looks of it, Marvel’s latest trailer for “Avengers: Endgame” is driving that point home.
The studios has dropped the a new trailer for the upcoming film, featuring a solemn recap of the earliest days of the franchise, highlighting just how far the heroes have come.
Although light on details for what will come in the big finale, the trailer does end with one surprise: a scene with Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel and Thor (Chris Hemsworth). More of a surprise is that Thanos (Josh Brolin) fails to make an appearance in the trailer.
“The world has changed,” a British voice says in the trailer. “None of us can go back. All we can do is our best. And sometimes the best we can do is to start over.”
Whatever last-ditch plan the collected heroes of the Marvel universe will try, fans know that they will do “whatever it takes” to try and undo the damage that Thanos has done.
Captain America (Chris Evans) vows to continue to keep the world safe, and Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) echo him.
