Company Will Pay You $1,000 To Binge Watch All The Marvel Movies

They Made A Dream Job For Marvel Fans

Calling all movie bingers and superhero fans, there’s a new job posting that may be what you’ve always dreamed of.

CableTV.com is paying one lucky fan to watch all 20 previously-released Marvel Cinematic Universe movies without stopping. The chosen binger will receive a compensation of $1,000 cash, all 20 MCU films on Blu-ray (three boxed sets and copies of Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War, and Ant-Man and the Wasp) and a survival kit, which includes lots of Marvel gear, popcorn, a popcorn maker, and a mug.

The contest calls for the lucky participant to live-tweet their experience and help the website create rankings of the films. The total time to complete this challenge in one day is 18 hours and 43 minutes, or if you spread the time 42 hours and 43 minutes. The contest payout would break down to roughly $23.81 per hour.

In case you needed to re-familiarize yourself, that’s three Avengers films, three Iron Man films, three Captain America films, three Thor films, two Guardians of the Galaxy films, two Ant-Man films, Doctor Strange, Black Panther, and The Incredible Hulk.

The chosen binger will have three days to complete the marathon.

Interested participants must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen, and will need to submit a 200-word essay on why they’re the right candidate to make it through this marathon. The deadline is April 15 to submit an entry.

“Avengers: Endgame” hits the big screen on April 26.
