Celebrating The Billboard Music Awards With A Vegas Wedding
Two of Hollywood’s biggest celebrities just tied the knot this week and congregations are in order!
After a night at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas, where Joe Jonas and his brothers performed in their first awards show since announcing the Jonas Brothers reunion earlier this year, Joe and Sophie Turner hit up a local wedding chapel to tie the knot.
Revealing the news on Diplo’s Instagram, the DJ shared a clip of Turner in a white dress, entering Chapel L’Amour inside A Little White Wedding Chapel with Jonas and his brothers, who were dressed in suits.
“Gonna hit up this wedding real quick,” Diplo captioned the clip.
Later videos show the “Game of Thrones” actress walking down the short aisle, surrounded by friends and Billboard Music Awards show attendees. Diplo’s Instagram story showed the couple reciting their vows to one another in front of an Elvis impersonator.
The celebrity couple began dating in 2016 and announced their engagement in October 2017.
According to online records, the couple applied for a marriage license earlier in the day in Clark County, Nevada, meaning that the marriage was legitimate.
